‘NAINA’ stands for Navimumbai Airport Influenced Notified Area which comprises the land within 25 km radius
of proposed Navimumbai International Airport. Current president of NAINA Builders Welfare Association, Navimumbai unit
Mr. Prakash Baviskar have put forward this demand of notifying this area in front of then Chief Minister of Govt of Maharashtra.
NAINA was formally announced on 13th January 2013 by GoM.
